What COVID safety protocols can I expect?

When should I book my hotel?
Reserve your room as soon as you finish registering.  Hotels may sell out prior to the June 4 cut-off date and the negotiated SOMA rates are only available for reservations made prior to June 4 if rooms remain available in the SOMA block.

Why can't I get the per diem rate?
Only a limited number of rooms are available at all two of the hotels for the per diem rate.  Once those are sold out, SOMA will not be able to secure any additional rooms at the per diem rate.  Other hotels in the downtown area may offer rooms at the per diem rate.

When are optional labs available?
Labs at SOMA 2021 are Monday through Thursday.  Please be sure to read the descriptions of the labs as many are offered multiple times throughout the week. Click here for the full lab schedule with descriptions.
